When We Mail

We mail letters on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
This applies to both one-time letters and subscriptions.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within Canada or the US, and 4–6 weeks for international orders.

🗓️ New Subscribers: When Does It Start?

No matter when you subscribe, you’ll always begin with Letter #1 of your chosen theme.

• If you subscribe 5 or more days before a mailing date, your first letter will go out on that upcoming date.

• If you subscribe less than 5 days before, your first letter will be mailed on the next scheduled date.

You’ll never miss anything — we send every subscriber through the full series in order.

​If you have a special date (like a birthday or holiday), you can select a future mailing date at checkout to time the surprise just right.
